This release is about keeping count. Inventory knows what’s on the shelf and what’s promised to a customer. Analytics shows where the money comes from and where you lose customers. And the MCP server and the new API open this data to AI models, your website and your accounting system.

Now the CRM does the counting. But understanding what’s behind the numbers and making the call is still up to people. That’s why we paired each new feature with a painting made by hand.

Inventory

What’s in stock, what’s promised, what you can sell

  • Inventory dashboard: items in stock, what’s nearing the minimum level, and what your stock is worth at sale price and at cost.
  • Receiving, shipping, transfers and stock counts. Items are reserved right when you issue an invoice: the product stays on the shelf, but it’s already promised to a customer.
  • Import your catalog from Excel, and the stock movement report shows receipts, shipments and balance for any period.

Analytics

Where the money comes from and where you lose customers

  • Customer journey: a funnel from website visitor to payment. The report highlights the stage where you lose the most.
  • ABC analysis shows who and what brings in most of your revenue, and XYZ shows how stable demand is. Together they form an ABC-XYZ matrix.
  • Google Analytics right on your CRM dashboards, with quarterly charts and comparisons with previous years.
What’s next Deal analysis, sales by manager, product stats and repeat sales. Analytics is a separate app, and later you’ll be able to give access to partners, investors and founders.

03 · For your AI models

MCP server

AI stops giving advice and starts working in your CRM

  • The model gets access to companies, contacts, deals, tasks and email, and works with them right from its own chat.
  • Ask in plain words: Find and add 10 new potential clients to the CRM. The model finds companies in public sources, asks who’s responsible and creates profiles with phones and emails.
  • Claude connects by signing in through the browser, other AI tools with an API token. Every connection is listed in the registry: turn off the row, and access is revoked.

New API

WorkZeal talks to your accounting system, website and apps

  • Exchange data with your website, customer portal, accounting system or your own app. Address: do.workzeal.com, OData protocol, JSON responses.
  • The same data as the MCP server, plus users, directories, filters and custom fields.
  • Issue a token in Settings → API. All connections are listed there too: turn off the row, and access is revoked immediately.

Numbers don’t live alone

Stock goes into an invoice, the invoice into finance, the payment into reports. In WorkZeal it all comes together in one database, just as Bruegel’s whole village comes to one clerk’s window. So analytics runs on live stock and live money, and MCP and the API open it up to AI models and your systems.
