Three ways to design any document

HTML for documents that impress, Word for everyday paperwork, and the document builder for everything else. Every template fills in from your CRM.

Built for working with customers

WorkZeal is built for one purpose: to help companies win, serve and keep customers. Each service handles its own job, and the CRM connects them around the customer, bringing data, processes and teams into one system.

It helps your team focus on what matters: replying to customers fast, never losing a request, moving deals forward, keeping promises and turning one-time contacts into lasting relationships.

Questions about WorkZeal Documents

Invoices, quotes, contracts and files: what you can make, how it reaches the client and what it costs.

Do I need a deal to create a document?

No. Issue a document from a client card, from a deal, or with the Add button in any section of WorkZeal. From a client card the client and their company details are filled in; from a deal its products and services are carried over too.

Which documents can I make in WorkZeal?

Invoices, quotes, contracts, acts, delivery notes and any other print form you issue to clients. Start from a ready-made template or a blank one. The number of templates is unlimited, and every document gets a number by your own rules.

HTML, Word or the document builder: which one should I use?

HTML is for invoices, acts and contracts edited right in the editor. Word suits documents whose text is rewritten almost every time: upload a .docx file with tags. The document builder is for frameworks where only the data changes and calculations are needed, such as specifications and packing slips.

Can my documents carry our logo, stamp and signature?

Yes. Attach them once to your company details, and a tag in the template inserts them into every document, on screen and in print. Each of your companies can have its own logo, stamp, signature and numbering.

How do I send a document to a client?

Send it as a link by email from a connected mailbox, or copy the link and paste it into WhatsApp, a chat or any message. You can also print it or export it to PDF, Word, Excel, RTF, an image, HTML or XML.

How do I keep track of unpaid invoices and expiring quotes?

Every document has a stage, and the board shows how many documents sit at each one. Set a Valid until date and turn on tracking, and the document lands in Forgotten once the date passes. Automation can email the client and create a task when a document reaches a status.

Can I store other files in WorkZeal?

Yes. Drag a file onto a client, a deal or a document, or attach it from Dropbox or Google Drive. Each file shows up in the Journal and opens in the built-in viewer. A single file can be up to 30 MB.

Can the WorkZeal team build a template for me?

Yes. Send us the document as you want it to look, and our specialists estimate the time and cost. It is a paid service, from adjusting a ready-made template to building a complex one from scratch.

How much does WorkZeal cost and is there a free trial?

Plans are $15 per user per month, or $10 per user per month when billed yearly. Documents are included. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product for your whole team.
